According to the investigation, the MP offered the entrepreneur to receive land for cultivation that was in permanent use of state-owned enterprises. For each hectare, the farmer had to provide USD 130 of unlawful benefit.
As a result of the arrangement, for the provision of land for cultivation of 1,700 hectares of land for one of the state-owned enterprises, the amount of the unlawful benefit amounted to 221 thousand dollars. US DOLLARS. Of these, 85 thousand dollars. The entrepreneur had to pay USD 85 thousand in advance before the start of processing.
