A civilian man's body was found after a fire caused by shelling in Kharkiv region in the morning. This was reported on Tuesday by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, and confirmed by the regional prosecutor's office, UNN reports.

According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, rescuers found the burnt body of a civilian while extinguishing a fire in a residential building.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
