Starting April 1, the minimum wage in Ukraine will be raised from UAH 7100 to UAH 8000, and payments for working pensioners will also increase, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.
The minimum wage in Ukraine is to be raised from UAH 7100 to UAH 8000 starting April 1. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, reports UNN.
"The increase took place as we promised... the minimum wage will be raised on April 1. Now it is UAH 7100. It will be UAH 8000," the Prime Minister said.
According to Shmyhal, payments for working pensioners will also be increased starting in April.

In March, more than 10 million Ukrainian pensioners received their indexed payments on time. In total, pensions worth UAH 62 billion were paid out this month, Shmyhal added.
