A minibus with 9 Ukrainians got into an accident on the Polish-Ukrainian border. One citizen was killed, the rest suffered injuries of varying severity. This was reported by the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Oleg Nikolenko, to UNN.

The Consulate General of Ukraine in Lublin provides consular assistance to Ukrainians involved in an accident on the Polish-Ukrainian border. According to the available information, a minibus with 9 passengers, citizens of Ukraine, collided with a truck that was standing in line for border control. One citizen was killed, the rest suffered injuries of varying severity. They are currently receiving medical care

- Nikolenko said.

According to him, Ukrainian consuls are cooperating with Polish law enforcement officers to clarify all the circumstances of the accident and measures are being taken to repatriate the body of the deceased.

"The issue of transporting passengers to Ukraine by other means is also being resolved," Nikolenko said.
