The possible resignation of the Lithuanian defense minister became known after journalist Edmundas Jakilaitis wrote on his Facebook page on March 15 to thank Arvydas Anusauskas for his work.
After that, one of the news agencies asked Anuskauskas for a comment, but he neither confirmed nor denied this information.
According to LRT, Lithuanian Defense Minister Arvydas Anuskauskas is scheduled to meet with Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda on March 16.
