Kyrgyz citizens, including underage children, are being recruited through social networks and dating sites to commit terrorist acts in Russia, the Kyrgyz Ministry of Labor reports.

Citizens of Kyrgyzstan, including minor children, are being recruited through social networks to commit terrorist attacks in Russia. This was reported by the Ministry of Labor of Kyrgyzstan, UNN reports .

Details

Citizens of Kyrgyzstan residing or temporarily staying in Russia are asked not to succumb to various provocations, not to be employed through social networks, not to participate in various actions, and to monitor their children.

It is noted that recruiters act mainly through dating sites, track down victims by analyzing correspondence in different groups, by religious, cultural, national and other social characteristics, and rely on vulnerable people, people who are depressed or have any difficulties.
