According to him, the enemy has been terrorizing Odesa with mixed shelling for more than a week.

"Yesterday, for example, there were ballistic missiles, a lot of 'Shaheds' were launched - about 25, and this is only in the direction of Odesa. The air defense forces shot down a lot of things over the sea, but unfortunately, there are also hits on civilian infrastructure, on port infrastructure. Yesterday there were 7 such locations. By the end of the day it will be clear how many locations have been damaged," he said.

Kiper added that one woman was killed in yesterday's Russian attack on Odesa.

"I express my sincere condolences. The man was hospitalized. There is a child - 9 years old, a boy, who was injured together with his parents. They are in the hospital, they are being treated. In total, we have 9 people in the hospital at the moment. A lot of assistance, including psychological, was provided on the ground," he said.
