Kim declared four apartments in Mykolaiv and over 1.7 million in salary

The salary of the head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Kim, for the year amounted to more than 1.7 million hryvnias. Also, he declared a Mercedes-Benz E200 2015, worth 149 thousand dollars. The relevant data are published in the electronic declaration of the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, reports UNN.

Details 

According to the declaration, Kim owns several apartments and non-residential premises in Mykolaiv. In particular, he purchased two apartments in 2018 and 2019 at a cost of UAH 50,000 each. The first apartment has an area of 115.7 sq.m, and the second - 49.1 sq.m. In addition, in Mykolaiv, the head of the Regional State Administration owns a non-residential premises with an area of 293.6 sq.m, and two more apartments with an area of 84.1 sq.m and 73.4 sq.m.

Among the vehicles listed in the declaration are Mercedes-Benz E200 cars of 2015 (cost $149,000 in 2018) and Volkswagen Touareg R-Line 3.0 V6 TDI of 2020 (cost UAH 994,506 as of 2022).

Kim's income (salary - ed.) in 2024 amounted to UAH 1,762,656. In addition, he received income from the disposal of real estate in the amount of UAH 1,686,491 and rent in the amount of UAH 267,000.

According to the declaration, Vitaliy Kim also has $67,000 in cash and UAH 150,120, EUR 74,000 in bank accounts.
