The head of Russia's Chechnya region said that the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, and the head of the Interior Ministry, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, appointed by Putin, are “out of place” and “not fulfilling the president's tasks.”
