"Nothing significant happened anywhere in the world without the input of Lindsey Graham, and no bill became law in the greatest republic in human history without the involvement of Lindsey Graham," Trump said, adding later that Graham died "at the peak of his career."
"He was the first person to make you laugh," Trump said. "And one of the last people you would really want to fight."
