According to eyewitnesses, explosions occurred in the early morning of April 23 in the area of Kstovo, after which a fire broke out. According to the analysis of videos and photos, the Gorky oil pumping station, located in the village of Meshikha, caught fire.
The station is part of Transneft-Verkhnyaya Volga and is one of the key nodes in the company's main oil pipeline system.
