On the night of July 6, Russian troops carried out a combined attack on the capital, using ballistic and cruise missiles. During the air raid alert, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned of a ballistic threat, as well as launches of cruise missiles from the Black Sea waters.
In several districts of Kyiv, destruction of residential buildings and non-residential objects has been recorded, and fires have broken out. In particular, in the Podilskyi district, a multi-story building was partially destroyed, from which rescuers evacuated 15 people, including three women and six children.
Emergency rescue operations are ongoing at the impact sites. Information about the consequences of the attack and the number of victims is being clarified.
