A 25-year-old BMW driver opened fire on a motorcyclist during a road conflict in Dnipro. The suspect was detained and charged with hooliganism with weapons.
Dnipro police have detained a 25-year-old suspect and served him with a notice of suspicion for the shooting on the highway, the National Police reported on July 25, UNN reported.
The BMW driver resolved the conflict with the motorcyclist with the help of weapons. First, the defendant sprayed a gas canister and then shot the victim with a traumatic pistol. As a result of the incident, the motorcycle driver was injured

On July 24, at around 21:00, police received a report of a shooting on Naberezhna Peremohy Street in the city of Dnipro. Law enforcement officers found out that a 25-year-old BMW driver and a motorcycle driver had had a conflict on the roadway, which resulted in the 30-year-old victim being injured.

On July 25, investigators of the Dniprovskyi District Police Department served the man a notice of suspicion under Part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
