Hostage-taking in a penal colony reported in Russia: preliminary, one dead and more wounded

It is reported that some of the convicts took the colony's employees hostage. At least one employee of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service was killed and several others were wounded, Baza reports. 

According to Baza, four hostages have been taken in CF no. 19 in Russia. "Some of them may have already been killed," the report says.

According to preliminary data, according to Baza, the colony was seized by four people. Law enforcement officers are reportedly gathering at the colony building.

SHOT quoted a source as saying that the attack took place during a meeting of the disciplinary commission, up to five employees were held hostage, and the attackers were preliminarily four.

Also, SHOT reports, citing a source, that 45-year-old Andriy Devyatov, a member of CF-19, is preliminarily being held hostage by terrorists, as is the deputy head of CF-19.
