Kyiv • UNN
The NBU has developed three model programs in financial literacy and entrepreneurship for students in grades 10–12. The courses have received a recommendation from the Ministry of Education and Science for implementation.

In Ukraine, high schools plan to teach financial literacy and entrepreneurship based on model programs from the National Bank, the NBU reported on Friday, according to UNN.
Students in grades 10–12 will also study financial literacy and entrepreneurship according to the NBU's model programs
As indicated, specialists have developed three model educational programs for students in grades 10–12:
- “My Financial Goals”;
- “My Financial Plan”;
- "My Business Plan".
"They have received the Ministry of Education and Science's recommendation stamp," the National Bank noted.
The implementation of these programs in high school is reportedly the next step in the development of financial education following the successful launch of the "Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy" course in grades 8–9.
"Expanding financial education to high school is vital for creating a holistic learning ecosystem – from basic to specialized education. This will ensure a long-term impact on the level of financial literacy in Ukraine and contribute to the formation of an economically conscious society," noted NBU Governor Andriy Pyshnyi. "We are convinced that the introduction of financial literacy programs in high school will make it possible to form a generation of citizens who manage finances responsibly, are capable of creating economic and social value, and take an active part in the development of the economy and the reconstruction of the country."
