French cheese with staphylococcus aureus entered Ukraine

French Reblochon cheese contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus was imported to Ukraine, Belgium, and Spain.
Ukraine imported French Reblochon cheese, in which Staphylococcus aureus was found. This was reported by the European Rapid Alert System for Food Safety (RASFF), UNN reports.
Details
The report says that pathogenic microorganisms were found in the French cheese, namely Staphylococcus aureus coagulase-positive (golden).
The dangerous products have already been imported to Belgium, Spain, and Ukraine.
It is also noted that Reblocheon has already been recalled from stores in France.
The French site of dangerous product alerts notesthat "foodborne illnesses caused by staphylococcal enterotoxins lead to gastrointestinal disorders (mainly vomiting) that appear a few hours after ingestion and usually disappear quickly."
