Forced evacuation of children from two communities announced in Sumy region

297 children from 52 settlements of Sumy region will be forcibly evacuated to safer regions due to the security situation by the decision of the Coordination Headquarters for Compulsory Evacuation under Martial Law.
The Seredyno-Budska and Velykopysarivska communities of Sumy region have decided to forcibly evacuate children. This is reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine and the statement of the head of the Sumy RMA Volodymyr Artyukh on the air of a telethon.
This decision was made due to the security situation. It was agreed upon by members of the Coordination Headquarters for Mandatory Evacuation of the Population under Martial Law, chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk,

A total of 297 children from 52 settlements in Sumy Oblast are to be evacuated. They, along with their parents or other legal representatives, will be evacuated to safe regions.
It is noted that the evacuation is free of charge.
Yesterday, at the Coordination Headquarters, we confirmed and put into effect our joint order with the commander of the Siversk military operation area to implement the forced evacuation of children with their parents in the Seredina-Buda community and Velykopysarivska community,
According to him, there are about 300 children in the Seredyna-Budska community and 80 in the Velykopysarivska community.
