A 75-year-old man and a 77-year-old woman were wounded in the Russian shelling of Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovs'k region, and more than three dozen houses were damaged and infrastructure facilities destroyed.
The Russian army shelled Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovs'k region eight times in one day, a man and a woman were injured. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovs'k Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak, UNN reports.

According to the head of the JMA, the aggressor attacked Nikopol district 8 times a day. They used kamikaze drones and artillery.
"Nikopol itself and the Chervonohryhorivka community suffered from Russian terror. A 75-year-old man and a 77-year-old woman were injured," the statement said.
In addition, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovs'k Regional Military Administration, more than three dozen private houses were damaged. One of them caught fire, and rescuers put it out.
"2 outbuildings were destroyed, 6 more were damaged. Garages and cars, a forklift, a greenhouse were smashed. There is destruction on the territory of the infrastructure facility. Power lines and gas pipelines were damaged," added Lysak.
According to him, the consequences of the shelling that took place in the evening are still being clarified.
