The Danish government announced the 30th military aid package for Ukraine worth nearly $690 million. Part of the funds will go to the purchase of weapons from the Ukrainian defense industry.

The Danish government has announced a new, 30th military aid package for Ukraine with a total value of approximately 4.4 billion Danish kroner (nearly $690 million). This was reported by the Danish Ministry of Defense, writes UNN.
Details
The new package provides additional funding for the supply of ammunition, weapons, and other military equipment for the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Funds will also be directed towards expanding the Danish training program for Ukrainian military personnel.
Denmark stands firmly behind Ukraine. Ukraine's fight for freedom is also Europe's fight, and we cannot afford to let the Ukrainians down now, when it matters most. At the same time, we must also learn from the Ukrainians regarding strengthening Denmark's combat power
Part of the funds will be directed towards purchases from the Ukrainian defense industry
Of the total package amount, approximately 1.3 billion Danish kroner (about $200 million) will be allocated within the framework of the so-called "Danish model," which allows financing the purchase of weapons directly from the Ukrainian defense industry.
As noted by the Danish Ministry of Defense, this makes it possible to promptly supply Ukraine with drones, artillery systems, and ammunition. In addition, separate funding is provided for the purchase of ammunition for long-range artillery.
There is currently a new dynamic on the battlefield regarding Ukraine. This does not mean we can simply sit back. On the contrary, we must support Ukraine and increase pressure on Russia to strengthen Ukraine's negotiating position
The Danish Ministry of Defense recalled that since 2022, the country has provided Ukraine with military assistance totaling approximately 76.8 billion Danish kroner (nearly $12 billion).
Europe's defense begins in Ukraine. Therefore, the government is determined to continue supporting Ukraine and, together with allies and partners, work to put Ukraine in the strongest possible position – now and in the future
