The Khmelnytsky Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the court of first instance, which found the mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi, Mykhailo Positko, guilty of committing administrative offenses related to corruption. In January 2024, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) drew up a protocol against him under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 172-7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
