The mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi, Mykhailo Positko, was found guilty of committing an administrative offense related to corruption and fined UAH 6,800, and his information will be entered into the Unified State Register of Persons Who Committed Corruption or Corruption-Related Offenses.
The Khmelnytsky Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the court of first instance, which found the mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi, Mykhailo Positko, guilty of committing administrative offenses related to corruption. The decision is final and not subject to appeal, UNN reports with reference to the NAPC.

In January 2024, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) drew up a protocol against him under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 172-7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
