Recently, a screening of the National Tour "Cinema for Victory!" took place in Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region, reports UNN with reference to the charity foundation "Ladyzhyn is Our Home".

Details

The screening was attended by young residents of Ladyzhyn - almost 200 children from the families of defenders and fallen Heroes. They watched the films "Mavka. The Forest Song, The Stolen Princess, and The Adventures of St. Nicholas."

"The idea to organize a screening for children came up immediately after watching Dovbush. I heard numerous positive reviews, so I turned to the MHP-Hromada Foundation with a request to support such an event. And the benefactors responded, for which I am very grateful. There was no doubt that military children would be the first to see the films. After all, these children need a lot of attention and support now," said Yulia Kolomiets, head of the Ladyzhyn - Our Home Charitable Foundation and co-organizer of the screening.

It should be noted that at the end of the screening, the participants received gifts and goodies. The charitable foundation emphasized that the "Cinema for Victory!" screenings are very popular. Therefore, the practice of holding such events will continue.

"So that every little resident of the community can watch their favorite movie on the big screen. And we are already working on it," the statement said.

It should be noted that the National Tour "Cinema for Victory!" is being implemented at the initiative of the Presidential Office, the State Film Agency, the Association "Watch Ukrainian!", as well as individual units of the Armed Forces and the National Guard. The idea of the Cinema for Victory tour came about in late June, and the tour itself began just 6 weeks later, on August 6, 2022, at a military unit of the National Guard in Vinnytsia region. The project was made possible thanks to a partnership with the MHP-Hromada charitable foundation.

We would like to add that it was with the assistance of the MHP-Gromada Charitable Foundation that a special movie car was manufactured, which allows for open-air movie broadcasts, even in places that are not suitable for this.
