"An explosion in Kharkiv. Be careful! The strike hit the Kyiv district of the city. There is a fire at the site of the hit," Mayor Igor Terekhov wrote on Telegram on Monday.
"Kharkiv and the district: stay in shelters!" Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv RMA, wrote in Telegram.

According to Sinegubov, enemy attacks were recorded the day before and at night:
- November 25 04:35 Kupyansk district, Kupyansk. The roof of a warehouse and two cars burned down as a result of the shelling
- 19:25 Chuhuivska TG, Klugino-Bashkyrivka. The shelling damaged the wall of the house that was already damaged earlier. There were no casualties.
- 09:20 Berestyn district, Lypianka village. The enemy struck with a Shahed UAV outside the settlement. There were no destructions.
- 08:40 Lozova district, between the settlements of Oleksiivka and Zelenivka. A strike of a Shahed UAV was recorded between the settlements in the forest belt. There were no destructions and no casualties.
