Kirill Budanov, the head of the GRU, said that the russian authorities are systematically adapting society to the problems. According to him, a rebellion in a terrorist country is unlikely due to the lack of a strong leader capable of leading it.
The russian authorities are systematically adapting their society to the problems in the country. A revolt in russia will not happen by itself, because there is currently no strong leader there. This was stated by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kirill Budanov during a telethon, UNN reports.
