The General Staff reported the presence of 1 enemy ship with 4 Kalibr missiles in the Black Sea. There are 2 ships in the Mediterranean, one of which carries 16 Kalibr missiles. Russia continues to violate the SOLAS Convention.

Within 24 hours, the passage through the Kerch Strait was completed in the interests of Russia:
- 10 vessels sailed to the Black Sea, of which 4 continued to the Bosphorus;
- 8 vessels sailed to the Azov Sea, 3 of them from the Bosphorus.
Russia continues to violate the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) by disabling automatic identification systems (AIS)
