The National Agency on Corruption Prevention is a central executive body in Ukraine. The NACP has a special status and is responsible for shaping anti-corruption policy and preventing corruption. The NACP performs analytical functions and develops the country's Anti-Corruption Strategy, identifies corruption-prone norms in legislation, and prevents conflicts of interest in the activities of officials. The agency also monitors and verifies property declarations of officials for compliance. The NACP administers: The Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform Functions of the State or Local Self-Government; The Unified State Register of Persons Who Have Committed Corruption or Corruption-Related Offenses; The Unified State Register of Political Party Reports; The Unified Whistleblower Reporting Portal.
