The Prosecutor General's Office is investigating false declarations by Ihor Zubovych, the interim head of the State Environmental Inspectorate. Over 26 million hryvnias in discrepancies were found in his declaration.
Ukraine added one point in 2025 in the Corruption Perception Index, scoring 36 out of a possible 100 points and ranking 104th among 182 countries. It is the only country in the world that is improving its anti-corruption indicators during wartime.

The High Anti-Corruption Court partially satisfied the SAP's claim, recognizing as unfounded the assets of the family of the former head of one of the regional TCC and SPs, totaling over UAH 3. 8 million. A house with land and the value of one of the cars were seized in favor of the state.

The Cabinet of Ministers has not yet approved the procedure for obtaining a certificate for 150,000 hryvnias for the purchase of a vehicle for military personnel, as provided for by the law on strengthening mobilization. The Ministry of Finance has developed a draft resolution, which is processing comments from interested bodies.
The head of the NACP, Viktor Pavlushchyk, opposes changing the criteria for the external audit of the body's work before it is conducted, believing that this contradicts the principles of legal certainty and threatens independence. He also believes that attempts to bring the NACP audit criteria closer to those used to monitor the activities of NABU are an attempt to remove him from office.
