Yusov: there is information about a successful attack on Russian radar

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported a successful attack on a Russian radar station and the burning of an enemy helicopter the day before.

There is information about an enemy helicopter burning down and a successful attack on a Russian radar station, said Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, during a telethon on Thursday, UNN reports

"Yesterday was an active day. There is information about a burned helicopter  and a successful attack on a radar station. It was also burning and rumbling at night," Yusov said. 

He also noted that everything is moving and developing the way Putin wanted it to when he started this war.

Context 

As Newsweek reported, on the morning of April 17 and April 11, Ukrainian drones attacked the 590th Separate Radio Technical Center, military unit 84680, in the town of Kovylkino. Kovylkino is located in the republic of Mordovia, approximately 360 miles from the border with Ukraine.

As reported by Suspilne, yesterday Ukrainian drones attacked the Russian radar station "Container" in the town of Kovylkino in Mordovia for the second time. The station's equipment is part of the air and space attack reconnaissance and warning system.
