The Diia portal now offers the ability to cancel reservations for employees liable for military service online. The service is available to company executives and allows them to quickly cancel an employee's reservation to provide a deferral to another.
The Diya portal has launched a booking cancellation service for employees with military obligations, Diya reported on Tuesday, UNN reports.
Reached the limit of booked employees? Unbook an employee and grant an extension to another - online, without delays or errors. The service is available for managers and authorized persons of companies
How to cancel an employee's reservation on the Diia portal
- Log in to the portal with the electronic signature of the legal entity;
- Select the Employee booking cancellation service;
- Submit an application with employee data for reservation;
- Check the application and sign it with an electronic signature;
- Expect the result within a day - by email and in your personal account.
You can apply for a cancellation only once every 30 days. And if the company loses its criticality status, the reservation is canceled automatically.
