US Secretary of State: Putin's "plans" for Ukraine have "failed"

U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin's "plans" for Ukraine have "failed" due to the creation of a united international coalition in support of Ukraine.
U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken believes that the creation of a united international coalition in support of Ukraine means that Russian President Vladimir Putin has failed in his ambitions. He said this in a speech at the World Economic Forum in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, UNN reports with reference to The Guardian.
In the case of Ukraine, we were able to unite so many countries not only in Europe but also beyond, because countries recognize that there was aggression not only against Ukraine but also against some of the fundamental principles of the international system. And if we leave this challenge unpunished, then it is likely that potential aggressors everywhere will pay attention to this, and we will have a world with more, not less, conflicts
He emphasized that by effectively uniting many countries, "we helped the incredibly brave Ukrainians repel the aggression, and now it is a constant effort, a constant struggle, but Vladimir Putin's original intentions for Ukraine, to wipe it off the map, to include it in Russia, failed."
Blinken also noted that there is a strong alliance in Europe in support of Ukraine, bigger than there was before:
"And I think (we have an editorial) plan that will allow Ukraine to succeed over time. A strong country: militarily, economically democratic".
Addendum
As the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyenhas noted, there is only one language that Russian President Vladimir Putin understands, and that is to provide Ukraine with the means to defend itself.
