We add
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense thanked their Australian colleagues and added that in September 2022, Bushmasters provided by Australia played a decisive role in the successful counteroffensive in the Kharkiv region.
"Today we would like to thank our Australian friends at the Australian Department of Defense. Despite the considerable distance between our countries, we are united by common democratic values. We are particularly grateful for the Bushmaster MRAPs that have been provided to the Ukrainian army. In September 2022, Bushmasters played a crucial role in the successful counteroffensive in the Kharkiv region. Thanks to its resistance to mine explosions, this vehicle saves the lives of Ukrainian soldiers. Maneuverability and cross-country ability are also important for performing combat missions," - said in the message.
