Marchenko thanked the partners for the key role of the European Union in attracting financial resources for Ukraine and noted that since February 2022, the EU has provided Ukraine with more than €30 billion for the priority needs of the state budget, which has allowed the Cabinet of Ministers to fulfill its obligations to citizens and direct its own budget resources to support the armed forces.
