President Zelensky and I had a very good phone conversation today. He congratulated me on a very successful Republican National Convention and on being nominated as the Republican presidential candidate for the United States.
He condemned the horrific attempted assassination last Saturday and noted that the American people are united in a spirit of unity in these times.
