The government has added to the list of facilities that are not subject to power outages the facilities of the Defense Forces and mobile operators. Also, consumers who use 80% or more of their own electricity will not be cut off.

The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the list of facilities that will not be subject to blackout schedules. In particular, we are talking about the facilities of the Defense Forces and mobile operators. This is stated in the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 1260 of November 1, UNN reports.

Details

According to the decree, the government included the facilities of the Security and Defense Forces, where military formations are commanded, and electronic communication network facilities in the list of critical enterprises.

There is also currently a rule that electricity will not be cut off according to schedules at critical infrastructure facilities included in the Register of Critical Infrastructure Facilities with a connected capacity of at least 100 kW, as well as in settlements located in the 20-kilometer zone along the state border with Belarus and Russia, as well as in settlements located in the 20-kilometer zone along the territories of active hostilities.
