Russian troops attacked Kherson, leaving a 70-year-old man with blast and brain injuries, contusion and shrapnel wounds.
In the evening, on July 16, Russian troops attacked Kherson. At least one person was injured as a result of the shelling. This was stated by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko, reports UNN.

Less than an hour ago, the Russian army attacked the Dniprovsky district of Kherson. A 70-year-old man was wounded as a result of the shelling. He is currently hospitalized
According to him, the victim was diagnosed with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, contusion, and shrapnel wounds. At the time of the enemy attack, he was on the street.
