Russia's attack on Kyiv has caused partial power outages in five districts; restoration will take place when it is safe to do so.
In Kyiv, amid an attack by Russian troops, there is a partial power outage in five districts, DTEK, which provides the service in the region, reports UNN.

"Kyiv: due to the attack, there is a temporary power outage in some houses in Shevchenkivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Holosiivskyi, Podilskyi and Obolonskyi districts," DTEK reported on Telegram.
As stated, as soon as the security situation allows, everyone will be restored to electricity.
