The head of the Russian Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova said that Ukraine's special services are delivering firecrackers all over Russia and reminded members of election committees about telephone scammers who allegedly discredit the Russian electoral system, UNN reports citing DW.
"The special services of Ukraine... Delivery of firecrackers with explosive and instant detonating substances is carried out throughout Russia, that is, a person lights a firecracker that explodes instantly," the head of the Russian Central Election Commission said at a meeting of the commission.
She also called on members of election committees "not to fall for the tricks" of telephone fraudsters who allegedly want to "discredit the entire Russian electoral system.
Since December 13, Russians have attacked banks, post offices, police cars and other facilities in Russia at least 50 times under the influence of phone scams, Mediason has calculated.
