EU diplomats have announced that they are starting to evacuate family members of EU staff from the Gaza Strip. EU diplomat Josep Borrell wrote on Twitter that the first group of 19 people had left Gaza and would soon be able to leave.

On Sunday, November 12, 826 foreign passport holders crossed into Egypt from Gaza through the Rafah crossing.
