Shelling caused power outages in five regions, while a drone attacked energy workers in the Donetsk region. Severe weather has left over 40 additional settlements across the country without electricity.

As a result of hostilities and shelling of energy facilities, some consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions temporarily remain without electricity supply. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy, according to UNN.

It is noted that power engineers are currently working in an intensified mode to restore electricity supply to all subscribers as quickly as possible. Restoration work is ongoing around the clock.

According to the Ministry of Energy, while performing their duties, a repair crew in the Donetsk region was attacked by an enemy UAV. The incident occurred while the service vehicle was traveling to the site of emergency restoration work. As a result of the attack, two employees sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity. The victims were taken to a medical facility, where they are receiving all necessary assistance,

It is also noted that due to bad weather, more than 40 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Sumy, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv regions remain without electricity. Repair crews are working on restoration.
