Moscow is forced to double the pay of doctors, paramedics and other medical personnel who are sent to the temporarily occupied territories to serve the occupiers. the reason is a shortage of volunteers, and the locals are mostly unwilling to cooperate with the enemy or have left the territories altogether
In addition to salaries, the Kremlin has increased one-time payments for relocation on a permanent basis.
Previously, ethnic Russians were paid one million rubles to settle in Ukraine, but now this amount is already two million.
