According to local residents, in a number of districts, electricity is provided for only a few hours a day, while no one is informed about the power supply schedule. At the same time, the Russian-appointed "mayor" of the city, Anton Koltsov, has not published a single message regarding the outages in 10 days.
"People want to know at least approximate times when the electricity is turned on, because many houses have electric stoves. It turns out there is no way to simply prepare a basic meal,"
It is noted that the power supply problems in Mariupol began on June 6, after a series of explosions rocked the city. In addition to electricity, residents in the occupied "DPR" also complain about fuel shortages—because of this, a third of taxi drivers have already stopped working.
Recall
Following a joint operation by the Defense Forces, the Mariupol Commercial Sea Port was left without power supply. A vessel of the Russian shadow fleet was also hit.
