In Luhansk, local residents heard four explosions. It is believed that ATACMS missiles struck the area of the aviation school and a possible helicopter base.
Temporarily occupied Luhansk has allegedly been hit by ATACMS missiles, the Russian media claim. According to information of the Astra tg-channel, local residents of the city of Lugansk heard several explosions, and there were speculations about strikes on the helicopter base, UNN reports.
