Kyiv residents have been warned that the temperature in the capital will start dropping on Thursday. And with the cold snap will come thunderstorms.
The KCMA noted that on April 18, the city is expected to reach 7-9° during the day and 5-7° at night. The wind is mostly northerly, 7-12 m/s.
