The court register contains information on a lawsuit filed by Ukr Game Technology LLC (PIN-UP brand) against a news agency that had spread such theses. The court confirmed that the PIN-UP license was issued without violations of the law, and the information about the Russian owners was found to be unreliable.

"This year, we were subjected to an information attack with fake information about the company's ownership. I know for sure that it was a planned discrediting of the brand and the largest taxpayer in the gambling industry in Ukraine. We have won the first court case with the media and are moving forward to defend our reputation," said Igor Zotko, owner of Ukr Game Technology LLC (PIN-UP Brand), in a comment to Ukrainian News.

The company said that it intends to take legal action for disseminating false information about the brand.
