It is noted that negotiations between the United States and Iran to end the war came under serious additional pressure on Sunday after the IRGC announced that Washington's strikes over the previous two days "violated paragraph 1 of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding" and "will lead to a complete halt of all processes."
