At the Biennale of Architecture in Venice Architecture Biennale in Venice, a photo of a multi-storey residential building destroyed by Russian troops of a multi-storey residential building in Borodyanka near Kyiv, which was installed by by artist Danylo Tkachenko, who fled Russia due to political persecution.

Artist Danylo Tkachenko installed a photo by Ukrainian photographer Maksym Dondiuk opposite the the Russian pavilion during the closing of the Venice Architecture Biennale on November 26. November. The photo of the destroyed house in Borodianka was taken in April 2022. after a Russian strike on Borodyanka in the Kyiv region, which destroyed, among other things, destroyed a multi-story residential building, killing 26 people. Tkachenko placed a photo of the ruins in front of the Russian pavilion to remind the the international cultural community about Russia's responsibility for the shelling of civilian objects, the deaths of civilians in Ukraine and the destruction of architecture.
