Hundreds of settlements in the occupied territories of Ukraine have been left without electricity as Russians are unable to cope with the consequences of the weather due to a shortage of personnel.

The agency says that after the occupation of the region, the TOT has a shortage of workers in all areas, as most of the population has left the region or refused to cooperate with the enemy.
After the bad weather that raged in the region, hundreds of settlements in the TOT were left without electricity, but not all of them waited for help. Due to the understaffing of the SES and the absence of power engineers, the region has not yet been restored

Recently, a southern cyclone has been raging in Ukraine. According to Interior Minister Igor Klimenko, the bad weather in Ukraine resulted in 10 deaths and 23 injuries, including two children. Rescue efforts are ongoing, roads are being cleared, and affected regions are responding to power outages.
