Pan the Cat

To prepare this delicate dessert according to the recipe of the famous chef Yevgeny Klopotenko, you will need only 25 minutes and the following ingredients:

 * 250 ml of milk

 * 250 ml Cream 33%

 * ½ vanilla pod (or vanilla sugar)

 - 15 g gelatin (or 4 sheets)

 * 2 tbsp water

 - 100 g of sugar

For blueberry sauce:

 - 150 g of blueberries

 - 75 g of sugar

This particular recipe will be with blueberry sauce, but this is already for an amateur.

Step 1:

If the recipe uses powdered gelatin, measure out 15 g, pour it into a bowl and add 120 ml of water. Be sure to read the instructions on the package, as the proportions may vary depending on the manufacturer. For sheet gelatin, it is enough to take 4 sheets and fill them with water so that they are completely submerged.

Step 2:

In a saucepan, pour 250 ml of milk and 250 ml of cream with a fat content of 33%, add 100 g of sugar.

Step 3:

Cut ½ vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape the contents out of it. If there is no pod, you can replace it with 10 g of vanilla sugar, although natural vanilla will give the dessert a richer flavor.

Step 4:

Heat the cream, milk, and sugar mixture to 80°C. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the swollen gelatin and stir well until it dissolves completely.

Step 5:

Pour the mixture into small molds. Wait until it cools down a little and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Put 150 g of blueberries and 75 g of sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the finished panakota from the molds and serve with berry sauce.

Christmas tree stump

As they say, this is a base, but we warn you that it is far from dietary.

From the ingredients you will need:

 • 2 pcs eggs

 - 160 g of sugar

 • 190 g flour

 * 1 tsp baking powder

 - 8 tbsp of water at room temperature

For the cream:

 * 250 g condensed milk

 * 200 g butter

 - 300 g cream cheese

For spread:

 * 1 tbsp sugar

 * 1.5 tbsp dark cocoa

 - 70 ml of cream 20%

 * 1 tablespoon butter

Let's move on to cooking:

Step 1:

Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar until smooth. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and finally pour in the water. Stir in the batter and pour it onto a baking sheet.

Step 2:

Bake for 10-15 minutes, being careful not to over-dry. After cooling, cut off the dried edges and cut the cake into 4 equal long strips.

Step 3:

Melt the sugar and cocoa over the fire, stirring constantly. Add the cream, stir, and then add the butter. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved and use to brush the cakes.

Step 4:

From the cakes we form a stump. The cream is well whipped and divided into four parts, one of which is set aside for decoration. Apply the cream evenly to each cake, then twist them in the form of a hemp. With the rest of the cream, we lubricate the sides and make out cracks to create texture.

Bon Appetit!
