Five multi-storey buildings, at least 15 vehicles and a shopping center building were damaged after a morning Russian attack on a residential area of the regional center.
To help the residents of the buildings affected by the hostile shelling, a relief headquarters was set up in the shelter of secondary school No. 6.
They accept applications for financial assistance on the spot and provide advice on the package of documents to be collected for the application process.
