"Unfortunately, we have network limitations. But again, why did this happen? This is the result of Russian attacks on substations. These are constant attacks and, unfortunately, attacks that sometimes reach the target," Minister said during an hour of questions to the government.
Due to network constraints, it is noted that "it is impossible to transfer all available generation in a particular region"
"Trunk and distribution substations, along with generating facilities, are among the main targets of Russian missile attacks," the Energy Ministry said.
