Exchange rates for May 22: Dollar and Euro unchanged

The National Bank has set the dollar rate at 44.23 UAH, while the euro costs 51.30 UAH. In banks, the cash dollar is trading within the range of 43.98-44.44 hryvnias per unit.
As of Friday, May 22, the National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate at 44.23 hryvnias per dollar. The official rate on Thursday was also 44.23 hryvnias per dollar. The official exchange rate of the hryvnia to the euro will be 51.30. This is reported by UNN with reference to NBU data.

The official dollar exchange rate is: 44.2341 UAH (0 kopecks) per dollar. The NBU also set the official euro to hryvnia exchange rate at: 51.3027 UAH (0 kopecks) per 1 euro. The official zloty exchange rate is: 12.0753 UAH (+2 kopecks) per 1 zloty.
According to data on specialized websites, as of 08:00 on Friday:
- in banks, the dollar is trading at a rate of 43.98-44.44 UAH, the euro at 51.10-51.72 UAH, and the zloty at 11.80-12.40 UAH;
- on the interbank market, rates are 44.24-44.27 UAH/USD and 51.30-51.31 UAH/EUR.
Reminder
In the first four months of 2026, Ukrainians paid 15.8 billion UAH in land tax — 14.3% more than last year. The largest budget revenues were recorded in the Dnipropetrovsk region and Kyiv.
