Drunk Porsche driver causes triple accident in Kyiv, there are casualties - police

In Kyiv, police detained a Porsche Cayenne driver who caused a drunk driving accident and injured four people, the Kyiv police department reported on Tuesday, according to UNN.

The road accident occurred yesterday evening in the Obolonskyi district of the capital.
According to preliminary data, the 51-year-old driver of a Porsche, while exiting Pivnichna Street onto Volodymyr Ivasyuk Avenue, failed to yield to other road users and collided with Nissan and MG cars.
"As a result of the road accident, four people sustained injuries of varying severity. Specifically, two underage boys - passengers of the MG, aged 14 and 15, as well as two Nissan passengers: a 25-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman," the police reported.
"Investigators detained the perpetrator of the accident - the Dräger device showed 1.94 per mille of alcohol in his blood," the police noted.
A criminal proceeding has been initiated based on this fact.
